Seaplace, located in the heart of Longboat Key, has seen its fair share of challenges this year, particularly with recent hurricanes. Yet, thanks to the dedication of the team led by Wendy and committed residents, the community is making outstanding progress.

This past Sunday, I had the chance to walk around Seaplace with Eric, observing firsthand the clean-up efforts and the revitalization of our beloved community. The pool areas, once covered in sand, are now looking pristine, with one pool expected to open soon. The irrigation system is gradually being restored to ensure the greenery continues to thrive, and new garage doors are on the way for the townhouses, marking another step forward.

The spirit of resilience is evident, from the residents enjoying a peaceful evening to the greenery sprouting back where sand once blanketed the landscape. It's a testament to the tireless efforts of everyone involved.

I invite current, past, and prospective clients to reach out if they have any questions or are interested in how this vibrant community is moving forward. As always, Iโ€™m here to provide top-tier service and insights into Longboat Key real estate. Call me at 941.400.8735 for more information.
