Hello Seaplace Community,

As we move forward with one of the most complex projects Sea Place has ever undertaken, it’s important to keep everyone informed and engaged. The door and louver project is not just about aesthetics; it’s about ensuring our homes are protected from Florida's harsh weather conditions while enhancing the overall look of our community.

Our team, led by Kirk Baker, has been meticulously planning each aspect of this project. From selecting materials that can withstand the corrosive coastal environment to ensuring compliance with Florida building codes, every detail has been considered. One of the key features we’re excited about is the introduction of full-light doors with a white interlayer that provides privacy without compromising on natural light. These doors are designed to be both beautiful and functional, with options for electronic keypads for added convenience.

The project timeline is clear. We expect to have the bid packages ready by August 30th, with bids due by October 4th. Installations are projected to begin in 2025, ensuring that Sea Place remains a premier community on Florida’s Gulf Coast.
