The Planning and Zoning Board recently approved a proposal to add a multilevel parking garage in place of an already-approved surface lot at the Residences at the St. Regis. The proposal passed with a 5-2 vote after a four-hour debate and public comment session. The new garage plans show the structure two stories above ground level, increasing parking spaces on the property from 100 to 157, and will replace previously approved mechanical lifts. The developer hopes that the new garage will allow cars to move in and out more efficiently, ensuring a five-star experience for guests and visitors. The proposed changes are now set to head to the Town Commission for further approval, ensuring ample parking spaces available to meet your needs if you're interested in purchasing a property in Residences at the St. Regis.
